Because Laurielle sells beauty tools and personal-use items, customers must use all products safely, hygienically, and according to any instructions provided.

Products that touch the face, skin, hair, eyes, lips, or body are considered hygiene-sensitive items.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Gua sha tools;

• Facial rollers;

• Facial massage tools;

• Makeup brushes;

• Makeup sponges and applicators;

• Hair-removal tools;

• Grooming tools;

• Skincare tools;

• Beauty accessories that touch the face, skin, hair, eyes, lips, or body.

Once these items are opened, tested, used, or placed against the body, they may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You are responsible for cleaning, storing, and using beauty tools safely and hygienically.

You should not share personal-use beauty tools with others unless the item is specifically designed and safely sanitized for that purpose.

Section 5 - No Medical Advice

Our products, website content, product descriptions, guides, blog posts, social media content, advertising, and customer support are provided for general beauty, wellness, and informational purposes only.

Nothing on our website should be interpreted as medical advice, professional skincare advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of specific results.

Laurielle products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, skin condition, or health issue.

If you have sensitive skin, a medical condition, allergies, recent cosmetic procedures, skin irritation, infection, broken skin, inflammation, or any concern about using a product, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Stop using any product immediately if you experience irritation, discomfort, pain, swelling, rash, or an unexpected reaction.

Section 6 - Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, process payment, and begin fulfillment.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, limit, or refund any order at our discretion, including where:

• Product information, pricing, or availability was incorrect;

• Payment could not be verified;

• Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected;

• The shipping address is incomplete, invalid, unsupported, or outside our service area;

Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, delivery fees, or other charges.

Payments may be processed securely by Stripe, Shopify Payments, or another third-party payment processor.

We do not store your full card details on our own systems.

By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for your order, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.

Payment processing is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy practices of the relevant payment processor.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders while payment, fraud, or security checks are completed.

Section 9 - Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframe displayed on the product page, checkout page, shipping policy, or order confirmation.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Shipping may be affected by carrier delays, supplier delays, weather, holidays, high order volumes, incorrect addresses, fulfillment issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and, where required, give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

If no shipping timeframe is stated, we will follow applicable US online-order shipment rules.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Laurielle is not responsible for delivery problems caused by:

• Incorrect addresses;

• Incomplete addresses;

• Missing apartment, unit, or suite numbers;

• Refused deliveries;

• Failure to collect a package;

• Carrier access issues;

• Customer relocation after placing an order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refused delivery, we may deduct shipping costs, return shipping fees, carrier fees, or handling costs from any refund where permitted.

Section 10 - Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building, mailroom, front desk, leasing office, or local carrier office.

Laurielle is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

However, you may contact us at shipping@laurielle.store, and we will do our best to help you investigate the issue with the carrier.

Section 11 - Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Our beauty-tool return rules are designed to protect customer hygiene and product safety.

In general:

• Unused, unopened, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery;

• Opened or used hygiene-sensitive beauty tools cannot be returned unless damaged, defective, or incorrect;

• Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery;

• Items sent back without return approval may not be accepted;

• Customer-paid shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.

After a refund is approved and processed, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Section 12 - Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

We can only cancel an order before it has been processed, packed, shipped, or sent to fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, eligible items must go through the return process.

Section 13 - Product Use and Customer Responsibility

You agree to use all products responsibly, safely, hygienically, and only for their intended purpose.

You are responsible for reading any instructions, warnings, packaging information, product descriptions, and usage guidance before using a product.

You should not use products:

Laurielle is not responsible for harm caused by misuse, improper cleaning, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized modification, or use of products for unintended purposes.

We may offer promotions, discount codes, sales, bundles, or special offers from time to time.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, restrictions, expiration dates, minimum order values, product exclusions, or availability limits.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or refuse any promotion at any time where permitted.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and generally cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed.

Gift cards, if offered, are subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase and may be non-refundable unless required by law.
