Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Laurielle.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our online store and shipped to customers in the United States. We want our customers to feel confident when shopping with us, while also keeping clear hygiene and safety standards for beauty tools and personal-care items.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Because Laurielle sells beauty tools and personal-use items, the 30-day return window applies only to items that are:

  • Unused

  • Unopened, where the item has a hygiene seal or protective packaging

  • In the same condition that you received them

  • In the original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, tags, inserts, protective covers, and parts

  • Accompanied by a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used beauty tools or personal-care items unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Hygiene & Beauty Tool Return Rules

Many Laurielle products are designed to be used on the face, skin, hair, eyes, lips, or body. Once these products are opened, tested, used, or placed against the body, they are no longer eligible for a standard change-of-mind return.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Gua sha tools

  • Facial rollers

  • Facial massage tools

  • Makeup brushes

  • Makeup sponges and applicators

  • Hair-removal tools

  • Grooming tools

  • Skincare tools

  • Beauty accessories that touch the face, skin, hair, eyes, lips, or body

  • Any item with a broken hygiene seal or missing protective packaging

These items may only be returned if they are unused and in original condition, or if they arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty tools

  • Opened or used personal-care items

  • Items that have touched the face, skin, hair, eyes, lips, or body

  • Items with broken hygiene seals

  • Items missing original packaging, parts, accessories, or protective covers

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as final sale

  • Custom, personalized, or special-order items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper care, or accidental damage after delivery

If you are unsure whether a product is returnable, please contact us before purchasing.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • Your item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • Parts or accessories are missing

  • The product is materially different from what you ordered

To help us resolve the issue quickly, email us at shipping@laurielle.store and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damage or defect

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Store credit

  • Missing part replacement

  • Another reasonable solution depending on the issue

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims, Laurielle will cover the cost of return shipping if we require the item to be sent back.

Please do not throw away the item or packaging until we have reviewed your claim, as this may affect our ability to approve the claim.

5. Change-of-Mind Returns

We may accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Examples of change-of-mind returns include:

  • You ordered the wrong item

  • You no longer want the item

  • You ordered duplicates

  • You changed your mind before opening or using the product

  • You bought the item as a gift and no longer need it

For approved change-of-mind returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • The item must pass inspection before a refund is issued

  • Opened or used hygiene-sensitive items will not be refunded

6. How to Start a Return

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The item you want to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos or video if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete

If your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions, including the return address.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping depends on the reason for the return.

If the return is due to our error, a damaged item, defective item, incorrect item, or missing parts, Laurielle will cover the return shipping cost if we require the item to be returned.

If the return is due to customer preference, change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Laurielle is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

8. Inspection of Returns

All returned items are inspected before a refund is approved.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item:

  • Has been opened or used

  • Shows signs of wear, use, residue, stains, odors, or damage

  • Has touched the face, skin, hair, eyes, lips, or body

  • Is missing packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, parts, or protective covers

  • Is returned after the 30-day return window

  • Was sent without return approval

  • Does not match the item originally purchased

If a return is rejected after inspection, we may not issue a refund. Where appropriate, we may offer to send the item back to you at your expense.

9. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund where available.

10. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

We can only cancel an order before it has been processed, packed, shipped, or sent to fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, eligible items must go through the return process.

11. Shipping Delays

We aim to ship orders within the timeframe shown at checkout, on the product page, or in your order confirmation.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you with an update. If your order has not yet shipped, you may choose to continue waiting or cancel your order for a refund.

If no specific shipping timeframe is shown, we will follow applicable US online order shipment rules.

12. Incorrect Address, Refused Delivery, or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Missing apartment, unit, or suite numbers

  • Refused deliveries

  • Failure to collect a package

  • Carrier access issues

  • Customer relocation after placing the order

If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refused delivery, we may deduct shipping costs, return shipping fees, carrier fees, or handling costs from any refund where permitted.

13. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that your order was delivered, but you cannot locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, your building, mailroom, front desk, or local carrier office.

Laurielle is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, you may contact us at shipping@laurielle.store, and we will do our best to help you investigate the issue with the carrier.

14. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after return approval. After we issue the refund, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

15. Original Payment Method

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If your card has expired, been replaced, or your bank account has changed, your card issuer or bank should normally route the refund to the correct account. Please contact your bank or card provider if you do not see the refund after it has been processed.

16. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be approved.

This may apply if:

  • An item is returned with missing parts or packaging

  • The item is not in original condition

  • The return causes extra carrier or handling costs

  • A customer-paid shipping fee was part of the original order

  • The order was returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery

Opened or used hygiene-sensitive beauty tools are not eligible for partial refunds unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
